This Returns and Exchange Policy applies to purchases made on yakuzastore.in. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before making a purchase, especially for limited‑edition or final‑sale products.
Eligibility for returns and exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, the customer must bear the shipping cost.

Quality check

After we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality check.

Once it passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to:

Store credit / coupon code (as per the option shown for that product).

Exchanges

Order cancellations
